The Director is a founder and the current leader of Rogue Company. They have made multiple off-screen appearances and have been mentioned numerous times throughout the story but we have never caught a glimpse of what they look like or any other information about them.
We may have heard the Director talk before though not revealing their voice due to the voice being a mix of multiple voices, a voice changer. We have heard this voiceover in the Juke Teaser Trailer and once again in the Rogue Company Launch Cinematic. This being the Director is very likely due to the secrecy with the voice changer and the things they say, but it is not outright confirmed.
