Sigrid is equipped with a SMG and a shotgun, both of which places her to fight close encounters. The D40-C is good for Sigrid when she wants to use something fast that has a lasting magazine size.

Render S12 Tactical

"The S12 Tactical is a lightweight semi-automatic shotgun."

The S12 Tactical is effective for quick takedowns when breaching. Landing shots is the best bet for Sigrid to down enemies with on hit once she uses her Shield. The Warrant is a great secondary weapon to use when using the shield. Its quick rate of fire and fast reload speed makes it adaptable for Sigrid to start with poke damage, then to transition to using the shield to down enemies.

Abilities[]

Sigrid can deploy a ballistic shield that gives her many opportunities in battle, which will greatly benefit her team. This shield's function is not to take any damage, like Anvil's Barricade, but instead to block all of it. If not destroyed, it will last for a maximum of 15 seconds. Her passive ability allowing her to walk faster while crouched pairs well with this shield, since the only way to cause her damage in this situation is by jumping and hitting a headshot, shoot her from behind (if she is not against a wall) or leave this job to the gadgets. Her "Athletic" passive guarantees her immunity to slowing effects, such as Trench's Barbed Wire.

Gadgets[]

Sigrid carries a Semtex Grenade and an Adrenaline Shot. The Semtex Grenade is a great tool to make quick work of enemies when breaching a site or when fighting them. Against enemies that are more durable, it can be used to gain a start in damaging them or to finish them off, e.g., when your clip runs out of ammo. The Adrenaline Shot is perfect for Sigrid because her speed becomes slowed when she deploys the Shield, so a speed boosts will be beneficial in most circumstances.

Perks[]

Sigrid is the tankiess Breacher, which connects well with her having a shield and fighting enemies at close range. Tenacity & Bulletproof would help her endure some hits and Life Drain will bring her back a healthier state. Shredder Rounds & Blaster increases her damage output and Lifeline adds some support for her teammates.

Strategy[]

Sigrid plays as a pushing tank on her team, being able to block incoming damage from the enemy team and to cover her teammates. Her gadgets are meant offensive play and are great at close-to-medium distance engagements. She also excels at distracting the opposing team, opening up opportunities for her allies to attack. Sigrid is also able to make support plays, defending her teammates when reviving them or, as said before, blocking damage that the enemies dish out.
