Battle Zone is a 4v4 gamemode in Rogue Company. Both teams fight to be the last one standing, with a Safe Zone starting large and getting smaller as the round progresses.

Overview[]

The Battle Zone is a limited-time gamemode inspired by the battle royale subgenre. Both teams spawn in their ships, as usual, with a starting cash of $3,000 that resets every round, which can be used to buy gadgets from a randomized selection, or perks, including several exclusive ones for this gamemode, which are permanent for the entire match. The approach here is to use everything you bought before in a single round, since unused gadgets will also be discarded between them.

Right after landing on the map, both teams have to search for loot scouring the new crates, a type of chest that contains different weapons and armors. Items in these crates increases in rarity between rounds, starting from Uncommon to Legendary, with a small chance of Mythic spawns. You can hold only one primary weapon at a time, along with your secondary weapon.

After getting prepared to fight, both teams have to survive the zones and eliminate all enemies. These zones will shrink in and constrict the battlefield, causing damage to every Rogue out of them. Although all types of armor can be repaired, the health regeneration is disabled in this gamemode.

Trivia[]

  • Since the Rogues were not designed for this specific game mode, some passive abilities are useless here.
    • Phantom's passive, for example, is completely worthless since health regeneration is disabled during the whole match.
    • For some reason, Runway's passive also doesn't work here, with no apparent reason.
    • Rogue experience can be gained here, but weapon experience cannot.
